Turning Point UK is recruiting a Team Manager for our Integrated Substance Use Service in North East Lincolnshire, based in Grimsby. You will lead a busy team, oversee treatment pathways for people affected by drugs and alcohol, and collaborate with partner agencies to promote high-quality care.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent time management, and experience in evaluation techniques to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience of line management/supervision/coaching.
• Strong understanding of treatment services for substance use.
• Experience in report writing and analysing data/records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of treatment pathways for substance use clients.
• Manage and supervise team members across levels.
• Coordinate with partner agencies and represent the service in various settings.
• Engage stakeholders and drive service improvements under tight deadlines.
