Job summary

Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our integrated Mental Health and Substance Use Service within a busy remand prison setting.

You will provide visible clinical and operational leadership to a skilled multidisciplinary team, delivering high quality, person-centred care across the stepped care model while improving outcomes for a vulnerable population.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in mental health or substance use services.
• Proven ability to provide clinical and operational leadership.
• Strong commitment to high-quality, person-centred care in challenging settings.
• Experience within secure or custodial environments is advantageous.
• Ability to drive service development and staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
