Job summary

Turning Point UK is seeking a Recovery Worker for the Hinckley Hub within the Leicestershire and Rutland Substance Use Services. You will act as a key worker for a caseload, supporting goal setting, treatment planning, and regular contact with service users.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse service users.
• Experience supporting people in health/social care or related fields.
• Understanding of substance use and relapse prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery support and psycho-social interventions.
• Conduct assessments and risk management planning.
• Collaborate with clinical staff on prescribing needs and partner agencies.
• Maintain regular contact with caseload to support goal setting and plans.
• Deliver one-to-one and group work as required.
