Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a proactive Team Manager to drive results through a large-scale production team. You will lead shifts, monitor KPIs, set targets and implement action plans to improve performance and reduce costs. Your role includes coaching staff, ensuring welfare and attendance, and delivering consistent customer service.

Qualifications

• Management/supervisory experience within a large scale production operation.
• Ability to challenge decisions and behaviours to ensure consistency in service to customers and problem solving.
• Proven track record of people management and delivering results through a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Assertiveness and decision-making on the spot.
• Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Understanding of cost models and budgetary control, pest control management.

More about you

As well as having a strong work ethic, you will also have:

• Management/Supervisory experience within a large scale production operation, ideally across Food Manufacturing
• The ability to challenge decisions and behaviours to ensure consistency in service to our customers, and will demonstrate your ability to problem solve
• A proven track record of people management and delivering strong results through a team in a people management role
• Excellent communication skills
