Job summary

SGN in Dundee is seeking a Team Manager (Operations) to lead field operations, ensuring safe, reliable service for customers and contractors within budget.

You will manage teams, drive improvements and uphold safety standards, predominantly on-site, with a full UK driving licence. The role offers a supportive environment with pension, enhanced family leave and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the gas industry, legislation and health and safety policies.
• Highly motivated with a flexible and positive approach to work.
• Strong leadership, organisational, diagnostic and problem-solving skills; able to use initiative.
• Effective communication at all levels, within and beyond your team.
• Committed to safety and to coaching and leadership.
• Willing to do extra to support colleagues during high workloads and incidents.
• Be prepared to be mainly field based on-site driving team performance.
• A full clean UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.

Dundee | £44.4k - £55.5k per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications)

Full-time
