Job summary

Southdown is seeking a Team Manager to lead Pathways Home Floating Support across West Sussex. The role involves directing a frontline team, building partnerships and delivering person-centred housing support to individuals in their own homes or temporary accommodation.

Travel across West Sussex is expected, with a base in Worthing and flexible hours. We value inclusive, trauma-informed practice and strong leadership skills.

Our Housing Support Services help people who are at risk of homelessness, living in temporary accommodation, or facing challenges such as poverty, mental health issues, or domestic abuse. We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead our Pathways Home Floating Support Service across West Sussex. Pathways Home provides person-centred support to people living in their own homes, temporary accommodation or moving into independent housing. We work alongside local authorities, housing providers, health services and community organisations to help people maintain stable accommodation, improve their wellbeing, develop independent living skills and prevent homelessness. As Team Manager, you will lead and support a dedicated frontline team delivering housing support services in the community. You will help create a positive, psychologically informed environment where both colleagues and clients can thrive.
