We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead our Pathways Home Floating Support Service across West Sussex. Pathways Home provides person-centred support to people living in their own homes, temporary accommodation or moving into independent housing. We work alongside local authorities, housing providers, health services and community organisations to help people maintain stable accommodation, improve their wellbeing, develop independent living skills and prevent homelessness. As Team Manager, you will lead and support a dedicated frontline team delivering housing support services in the community. You will help create a positive, psychologically informed environment where both colleagues and clients can thrive.
We are looking for someone who shares our values and can inspire others to achieve great outcomes. You may already be managing a housing support service, or you may have developed strong housing and homelessness knowledge and be ready to take the next step into leadership.
