Choice Support is seeking an experienced mental health Team Manager to lead and inspire a team of support professionals, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for adults with mental health needs.

You will work with the Registered Manager and Deputy Registered Manager to ensure services meet CQC standards and funding requirements, while developing the team and improving daily practice.

Job description

Are you an experienced social care leader looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated mental health Team Manager to lead and inspire a team of support professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while developing and supporting a motivated workforce.

As Team Manager you'll help run day-to-day support for people with mental health needs. Your job is to make sure people get the care and support they need to live a good life, and that everything we do meets the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the organisations funding people's support, and Choice Support's policies and procedures.

You will lead by example, guide the team, and make sure support is safe, respectful, and focused on each person.

You will work with the Registered Manager and Deputy Registered Manager to make sure things are always improving and people receive the best support possible.

You will work with the Registered Manager and Deputy Registered Manager to make sure support meets the expectations of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the organisations funding people's support.
