Shift hours

• Early shift: 07:00 - 15:00
• Late shift: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00

What you’ll be doing

• Promote a collaborative team environment with open communication, uphold company values, and encourage a positive workplace
• Manage and coach colleagues to achieve targets and maintain health and safety standards through effective performance conversations
• Work collaboratively within the Argos Warehouse (LFC) to deliver outstanding site results and KPI performance
• Plan resources, ensure stock accuracy, and security using forecasts and trends
