Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the H&F Mental Health Community Support Service, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with contract and client needs.
  • Overseeing service performance, KPIs, user outcomes, and report submissions.
  • Leading a frontline team, providing supervision, support, and performance management.
  • Supporting volunteer and student placements.
  • Managing financial aspects, aligning service delivery with organisational policies, budgets, and plans.
  • Promoting co-production by involving service users in shaping services to enhance wellbeing, inclusion, and recovery outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience, including at least two years in mental health or working with vulnerable adults.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, equity, and diversity, with experience supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Line management or supervision experience, performance monitoring, and support plan development.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and guiding staff in data recording.

Interview Process:
