Inside Sales Manager | Warwick | Permanent

Location: Hybrid & 4 days in office.

Salary:£31,290 - £42,684(Dependent on experience)

Hours:37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

What will I be doing?

Your role will beto maximise performance and deliver against budget for the business. To take ownership of all associated processes, KPI’s and deliverables within the SME day to day function. Ensure that the highest standards are adhered to and in line with the company core values, demonstrating a true customer centric focus by delivering the overall retention and growth targets across your respective team.

Role & Responsbilities within the Inside Sales Manager role:

  • Youwill be focused and responsible for delivering against your teams target for new business, retention, portfolio development and appointments set for TMs.
  • Youwill ensure that yourteam is appropriately resourced while meeting agreed KPIs and revenue targets, and will act as a support function for your colleagues.
  • Youwill be responsible for ensuring adherence to workflow processes, ensuring that all activity is logged within Salesforce.
  • Youwill be required to produce analytics for the Account Director and demonstrate adherence to all KPIs. You will also be responsible for securing new business to help support the team achieve targets.
  • Manage and review the quality of outbound engagement through regular monitoring ensuring CitySprint brand integrity.
  • Verify that all outbound customer engagement standards, maintaining accurate records of activity & communication; across all systems are met.

  • Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
  • Be adaptable within a fast-paced environment, embracing change for the benefit of Customers and colleagues alike.

Thesuccessful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Conditional job offers are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
