Job summary

Primark Hanley in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Team Manager to help run the store with the management team and deliver a first-class customer experience. You’ll be responsible for an allocated department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms and visual impact, and may oversee tills or fitting rooms as needed.

You’ll lead and coach Retail Assistants, set daily tasks, and drive sales while developing your team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching teams in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to drive performance through commercial awareness.
• Strong relationship-building to support team culture and wellbeing.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Salary: £33,189 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)

Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7

What you'll do
