Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking a Team Manager for its Eastham store. You will lead a team, manage a department, and drive a customer-focused operation to deliver strong sales and a memorable shopping experience.

As part of a people-first culture, you will coach colleagues, manage stock and planograms, and work with the management team to ensure daily store performance. This fixed-term role offers development opportunities within a global fashion retailer.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver an exceptional store environment and customer experience while driving sales.
• Utilise digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways for personal development.

Salary: £33,189 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (06/10/2026 - 06/03/2027)

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department of your store – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
