Job summary

Primark Wembley is seeking a Team Manager to lead daily store operations and a retail team. You will collaborate with the management group to run a busy section, manage stock, planograms and visual impact, and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will coach and develop staff, drive sales, and oversee till areas as needed, while embracing a culture that values development through digital learning and career pathways.

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience and coaching skills – ability to influence your team to communicate, engage and challenge whilst keeping the customer at the forefront of your actions.
  • Driver of performance through commercial awareness and talent development.
  • Focus on building strong relationships to enhance employee culture and well-being.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to problem-solve.

Salary: £33,189 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
