Job summary

Primark in Wigan is seeking a Team Manager to lead a store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll collaborate with the management team, drive sales, stock planning, planograms and visual display while coaching your Retail Assistants.

With responsibility for a designated department and tills, you’ll organise daily tasks, support development through digital learning and career pathways, and help foster a dynamic, inclusive store culture that reflects Primark’s people-first

Location: Primark Wigan

Salary: £33,189 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)

Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7
