Job summary

Career Connect is seeking a Team Manager to lead young people’s services in the Liverpool City Region, driving NEET reduction and CIAG delivery in schools and colleges. You will oversee the operational delivery of contracts to achieve aims, objectives and KPIs, with a strong emphasis on performance, people and budgets.

The role involves working across all six local authority areas and coordinating travel, with a firm commitment to our mission and values.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join the charity to lead young people’s services in the Liverpool City Region including NEET reduction and CIAG delivery in schools and colleges.

As Team Manager, you will lead and manage the operational delivery of our contracts, to ensure they meet their aims, objectives, and the key performance indicators.

You will work across all 6 local authority areas in the Liverpool City Region and be reimbursed for any excess travel, beyond your main base of work in 3YL L2
