Interviews to take place 10th March 2026

Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? Do you want to make a positive impact every day you come to work and lead a team to help young people build independence and transition into adulthood? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and aspirational individual to lead a team of Support Workers within a 24/7 Hub, to deliver high quality, effective supported housing services to our young people that meet their needs and meet contractual requirements and financial targets.

Our NEST service in Lincolnshire is a commissioned and Ofsted regulated supported housing service, that helps vulnerable young people, aged 16‑21 yrs, who are homeless or are threatened with homelessness, to live independently. This service is for young people with low level to complex needs including social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

Our aim is to inspire the young people we support to be ambitious and embrace new opportunities. We offer transparent, positive, and open working environments that foster inclusive working cultures and encourage creativity and an engaging mind‑set. We enable the young people we support to have new experiences and develop new skills to become independent and make a positive contribution to society.

The purpose of this service is to transform the lives of Lincolnshire’s most vulnerable young people and our vision is to ensure every person in our services is given the support they need to have a chance at a brighter future.

Who we are looking for

As a Team Manager you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring that day‑to‑day operational delivery standards and measurable outcomes of support and housing management services in a 24/7 hub are met.

You will demonstrate experience of support planning and risk assessment. You will have a good understanding of issues vulnerable adults and young people face with excellent inter‑personal skills and a strong desire to support staff to deliver positive outcomes in an exciting but challenging environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring your team are maintaining the day‑to‑day running of the property, ensuring compliance with Nacro’s property standards and health and safety legislation.

  • A good role model who communicates positively and professionally.
Essential requirements for the role
