Blackburn with Darwen Council is seeking an inspirational Leader to fill the role of Care Experienced Team Manager within the People department. You will lead a team of Personal Advisors, shape practice, and drive improvements to help care-experienced young people thrive as they move into adulthood.
As a senior manager you will collaborate with partners, ensure young people’s voices are central, and champion participation across services to deliver outstanding outcomes for ages 15 to 25.
