Job summary

The Housing Network in Bristol is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a service for vulnerable residents. You will lead a team of support professionals, provide day-to-day supervision, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support.

You will handle safeguarding, risk management, and service quality, while supporting tenancy sustainment and collaboration with local authorities to maximise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable people or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and supporting a team of support professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
• Providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, performance support, and reflective practice for team members.
• Ensuring residents receive effective, strengths-based and trauma-informed support that promotes independence and positive outcomes.
• Maintaining oversight of safeguarding concerns, risk management, compliance, and service quality.
• Managing a small caseload of residents with complex needs and supporting them on their journey towards greater independence.
• Supporting tenancy sustainment through housing management, rent management, benefits advice, and move-on planning.
• Building strong relationships with local authorities, statutory partners, and external agencies to maximise outcomes for residents.
• Supporting contract performance and helping ensure service objectives and targets are achieved.

Salary - £34,500.00 Per Annum

Highly experienced working with individuals facing homelessness and/or people struggling with mental-health, substance misuse, a history of offending and other complex needs

What you'll be doing
