Waythrough is recruiting a Team Leader/Service Manager to supervise a supported housing service. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead staff and volunteers, manage referrals and develop pathways to help residents maintain tenancies, while ensuring safeguarding and compliance with contracts.

You will work with social services, housing, Jobcentre and mental health teams to deliver recovery-focused support. A full UK driving licence is required.

Formación

• Experience in managing or supervising a team.
• Experience in mental health or social support settings.
• Ability to work with multiple external agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the service.
• Lead and support a team of staff and volunteers.
• Manage recruitment, induction, and performance reviews.
• Handle referrals and eligibility checks for the service.
• Develop support pathways to help tenants sustain tenancies.
• Monitor service targets and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with external agencies (Social Services, Housing, Jobcentre, Probation, health services).
• Maintain records, reports and service documentation.
• Manage safeguarding, incidents, and health and safety risks.
• Provide light caseload to support delivery.
• Promote partnership working and user voice.
