Job summary

The Housing Network in Coventry is recruiting an experienced Team Leader to join a brand new Coventry Service during a period of growth. You will lead a team delivering high-quality, person-centred support to residents facing complex needs.

You will manage day-to-day supervision, safeguarding, and tenancy sustainment while building strong local partnerships to maximise outcomes. 40 hours per week, salary £33,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams delivering person-centred services.
• Experience with safeguarding, risk management and compliance.
• Experience with housing management and tenancy sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of support professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, performance support, and reflective practice for team members.
• Ensure residents receive effective, strengths-based and trauma-informed support that promotes independence and positive outcomes.
• Maintain oversight of safeguarding concerns, risk management, compliance, and service quality.
• Manage a small caseload of residents with complex needs and support them towards greater independence.
• Support tenancy sustainment through housing management, rent management, benefits advice, and move-on planning.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities, statutory partners, and external agencies to maximise outcomes for residents.
• Support contract performance and help ensure service objectives and targets are achieved.

Highly experienced working with individuals facing homelessness and/or people struggling with mental-health, substance misuse, a history of offending and other complex needs

What you'll be doing
