Job summary

Booths in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Team Leader to help deliver exceptional shopping experiences. You will guide a small team, set daily goals for each shift, and demonstrate what great service looks like in action.

In this role you will review safe and legal records, support staffing decisions, and act as duty manager when senior managers are unavailable. Weekend work is required, with one weekend day per week.

Qualifications

• Must have previous retail experience.
• Must be able to work 1 weekend day per week.
• Weekdays will be a mix of 8 hour shifts in the window of 6am to 10:30pm.

Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. As Team Leader you will oversee the functionality of a team by determining the goals that colleagues will work towards each shift, providing guidance, instruction on how to approach a task and leading by example. You will be responsible for the review of safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on your shifts. In the absence of senior management you will have the responsibility of duty manager of the store.
