Job summary

Booths in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Team Leader to help deliver exceptional shopping experiences. You will guide a small team, set daily goals for each shift, and demonstrate what great service looks like in action.

In this role you will review safe and legal records, support staffing decisions, and act as duty manager when senior managers are unavailable. Weekend work is required, with one weekend day per week.

Qualifications

• Must have previous retail experience.
• Must be able to work 1 weekend day per week.
• Weekdays will be a mix of 8 hour shifts in the window of 6am to 10:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team by setting shift goals and guiding colleagues.
• Lead by example to ensure high service standards.
• Review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on shifts.
• Act as duty manager in the absence of senior management.
