Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Team Leader - Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities and autism in Nottingham (NG8). This permanent, full-time role requires 42 hours per week across days, nights and weekends, with an immediate start subject to an enhanced DBS check.

You will supervise staff, deliver person-centred care, promote welfare and work with multidisciplinary teams to maximise outcomes for service users, while maintaining infection control standards and ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in healthcare as a support worker with learning disabilities and autism in an adult service (Essential).
• Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader within learning disabilities and autism adult service (Desirable).
• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (Essential).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong leadership; detail-oriented with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: supervise staff and ensure efficient running of the service.
• Care Delivery: ensure service users are at the heart of care and their wishes enhance wellbeing.
• Welfare: promote and protect the welfare of those supported.
• Stakeholder Management: develop effective working relationships within the service and with multidisciplinary teams.
• Personal Development: pursue growth, adhere to policies, complete required training.
• Infection Control: follow infection control policy and training.
