We Are Care Ltd in Nottingham is seeking a Support Worker for day shifts on a temp-to-perm basis in a residential service for adults with complex needs. The role is 37.5 hours per week, on a rota across five days, including weekends.

You will help with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning and shopping, support people to build life skills and independence, and follow care plans and risk assessments while keeping clear daily records.

Support Worker, Days (Temp to Perm), Nottingham

A temp to perm day Support Worker role in a residential service for adults with complex needs in Nottingham (NG5), 37.5 hours a week. You start on shifts through We Are Care, with the chance to move onto a permanent contract with the service.

What you'll do: support adults with daily living, cooking, cleaning and shopping; build life skills, confidence and independence, and get out into the community; follow care plans and risk assessments, and keep clear daily records.

37.5 hours a week, any 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends. Fair pay, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.
