Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Ruskington is seeking a Line Leader to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Shifts available: mornings and afternoons; you will help ensure production targets are met and products are produced and packaged to the highest standards according to customer specifications while safeguarding H&S and food safety.

You will work on a rolling 5-out-of-6 shift pattern with a fixed Sundays rest day, enjoy a good holiday entitlement, and benefit from paid breaks, a subsidised

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Machine Operative or in other similar role.
• Good communication skills.
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
• Positive thinking and self-motivation.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• An excellent attitude to work.
• A hands-on approach to solving issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets are met and all products are produced and packaged to high standards according to customer specifications.
• Ensure team members adhere to Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.

We have exciting opportunities for Line Leaders to join Our Team at Ruskington site! Shifts available: Mornings & Afternoons. We specialise in Snacking Products which include Scotch Eggs, cocktail sausages, mini filled bites and seasonal products.

Successful candidates will join us on permanent basis. In your role you will be ensure that production targets are met and all our products are produced & packaged to high standard and according to the customer specification whilst ensuring team members are adhering to Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
