Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee a supported living service with the Service Manager to maintain high-quality systems and standards.
• Ensure compliance with external regulatory standards.
• Support and supervise Support Workers within the team.
• Deliver person-centred services to people using the service.
• Assist with accurate rota and timesheet information.
• Promote health and safety for people using the service and staff.
• Ensure staff actions support care, protection and well-being.
• Continue personal knowledge development and service improvement.
• Provide support to Area Office Support Workers to ensure effective service delivery.
