Job summary

Creative Support in Dudley is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage four ladies with learning disabilities and complex health needs in a supported living setting. You will lead a staff team, supervise care delivery, ensure safeguarding, and build partnerships with families and health professionals to promote dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Lead a team to deliver person-centred support for four residents.
• Provide care including medication administration, mobility support and personal care.
• Work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personalised support for four residents in a bungalow with garden.
• Supervise, coach and motivate staff, volunteers and students to deliver high-quality care.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
• Foster strong partnerships with families, health professionals and partner agencies.
• Build meaningful relationships that respect each resident's individuality.
