Job summary

Partnership of Care Ltd in South Wales is seeking an experienced Team Leader in Supported Living to lead shifts, supervise staff, and help people live independent lives.

You will administer medication, design support plans and risk assessments with your line manager, support food preparation and life skills, and help clients maintain relationships with family and friends. A permanent, part-time contract is available, with pension, flexible hours, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader in Supported Living.
• Self-motivated and person-centred approach.
• Full driving licence is required.

We are currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Team Leader to join Partnership of Care based in South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as a team player while leading, guiding and supervising while on Shift.
• Administering medication, including ensuring medication counts are correct and checking other competencies.
• Designing and implementing with your line manager support plans and risk assessments, ensuring the team with you always work to them.
• Support those who need it with food preparation and other life skills to promote independence.
• Assist the people we support to develop and maintain relationships with family and friends.
