Job summary

Creative Support's Development Pathway is seeking an experienced Team Leader to develop and coordinate supported living services across Tameside, ensuring high quality care, compliance with contract requirements and CQC standards.

You will allocate staff to meet needs, supervise and coach the team, review support plans with service users, and work with multi-disciplinary teams while safeguarding vulnerable individuals and promoting people's independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' practitioner experience including staff supervision and management.
• Hold or be working towards a health or social care qualification (Degree or NVQ Level 4/5).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; warmth, compassion and respect for service users.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of supported living services and coordinate staffing to meet individual needs.
• Supervise, coach and support team members; identify and record training needs.
• Develop and review support plans with service users; collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and community agencies.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and uphold safeguarding commitments; monitor quality and provide performance indicators.
