Job summary

Creative Support seeks an experienced Team Leader to develop and coordinate supported living services across Tameside, supporting individuals with learning disabilities to maintain independence and wellbeing. You will oversee daily operations, allocate staff, supervise, train, and conduct assessments, and develop support plans.

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and monitoring quality against CQC standards are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' practitioner experience with staff supervision and management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of supported living services.
• Allocate staff to meet individual needs and supervise team members.
• Coach, support and develop staff; identify training needs.
• Respond to referrals and conduct initial assessments.
• Develop and review support plans with service users; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor quality, deliver performance indicators, and safeguard vulnerable individuals.
