Job summary

Red 5 People Ltd is seeking a Team Leader to oversee two supported housing services in North Somerset, covering Clevedon and Weston-super-Mare. You will lead a small team, deliver recovery‑focused support, and ensure high-quality tenancy sustainment and independent living for residents aged 18+.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience at Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating staff, volunteers or project delivery.
• Good understanding of supported housing, mental health and tenancy sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of both services.
• Lead, supervise and develop support staff and volunteers.
• Recruitment, induction, training and performance management.
• Monitor KPIs, targets and contractual requirements.
• Oversee referrals and ensure appropriate support.
• Build relationships with housing providers, social services and external agencies.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, risk management and service standards.
