Job summary

Brandon Trust in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Team Leader to provide confident, visible leadership and support a team delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care. You will lead and supervise Support Workers, coach colleagues, and coordinate daily support to ensure safeguarding and regulatory standards are met.

You will bring strong leadership, resilience, and decision‑making abilities, with a preference for a relevant social care qualification and a full UK driving licence.

Team Leader – Weston‑Super‑Mare£15.57 – £16.53 per hour

Looking for your next leadership and development opportunity? We’re looking for a Team Leader to provide confident, visible leadership and support a team delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support inSouth Gloucestershire. You’ll work closely with the Locality Manager, leading and supporting a team of Support Workers, maintaining standards, driving quality and ensuring consistent practice. You’ll bring a calm, resilient approach and be confident supporting your team through challenges. Alongside providing hands‑on support when needed, you’ll coordinate daily support, supervise colleagues and help develop skills within the team, ensuring resources are used effectively.
