Red 5 People Ltd in North Somerset is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a supported housing service in Clevedon and Weston-super-Mare. You will manage a small team, ensure high-quality, recovery-focused support and help residents move towards independent living.

Ideal candidates will have frontline leadership experience, a UK driving licence, and a background in mental health or housing support. The role offers permanent, full-time employment with weekday hours and a salary of £31,590.86 per

Formación

• Two years’ experience at Senior Support Worker or Team Leader level.
• Experience coordinating staff, volunteers and service delivery.
• Background in supported housing, residential care or mental health.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day running of both services.
• Lead, supervise and develop support staff and volunteers.
• Recruit, induct, train and manage performance.
• Monitor service performance, KPIs and contractual targets.
• Oversee referrals and ensure appropriate support.
• Build relationships with housing providers, social services and mental health teams.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and risk management.
