Job summary

You will lead and supervise Support Workers, coach colleagues, and coordinate daily support to ensure safeguarding and regulatory standards are met.

You will bring strong leadership, resilience, and decision‑making abilities, with a preference for a relevant social care qualification and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within social care.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A relevant social care qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• A full UK driving licence is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the people we support to live the lives they choose.
• Providing day‑to‑day leadership and supervision to Support Workers.
• Supporting the Locality Manager with coaching and mentoring.
• Coordinating high‑quality, responsive support.
