You will oversee supervision, rostering, and care plan adjustments, while providing hands-on support as part of a rapidly expanding care provider focused on development within North Somerset.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning disabilities support work is essential.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and coordination of a team of Support Workers
• On-call responsibilities and help with preparing and adjusting care plans
• Staff Spot Checks and Supervisions
• Hands-on support work to provide a full range of personal care, Medication Support and assistance with food and fluids.
