A leading charity organization is seeking a Team Leader for their Supported Housing service in Mendip. This role involves leading a team to support individuals with a history of homelessness, applying a trauma-informed approach, and providing high-quality care. Julian House is a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society. We run several projects and every year we help thousands of people out of homelessness, into employment, away from domestic abuse, and more.

Job Role:Team Leader (Supported Housing)
Salary:£27,810 per year
Hours:37.5 hours per week | Happy to consider a reduction of hours
Contract type:Permanent
Location:Mendip, Shepton Mallet & Frome
Additional information:
Although this role is advertised as full-time, we are open to discussing the working hours to suit your needs.
