The role involves building relationships with residents and leading medication management while adhering to values such as Connecting with People and Making a Difference. Burnworthy House recruit based on values However, we welcome applications from those who hold Level 2 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care (and willing to work towards your Level 3) OR from those who have demonstrable experience. You must also have experience working in a care and support setting, leading a team.
Full time - 35 hours per week, including Alternative weekends.
Shifts - 7-2.15pm Lates 2pm -9pm
