Job summary

The Stoll Foundation is hiring a Team Leader, Support Services based at Fulham. You will lead a team delivering person-centred support, promoting independence and wellbeing for veterans in supported housing. The role requires passion for high-quality outcomes and collaboration with partners.

Based at our Fulham site, you will manage a small team, oversee safety and performance, and strive for excellent resident outcomes in a sensitive, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with vulnerable adults to promote independence.
• Extensive experience in managing and motivating a staff team.
• Experience of working in partnership with other agencies.
• Experience of reviewing, monitoring and evaluating outcomes in the delivery of support services.
• Experience/knowledge of the issues facing the ex-Service community.
• Experience of managing health and safety, monitoring and reviewing risk assessments
• Understanding of best practice in delivering social care.

Location: Fulham base; onsite across all Stoll Foundation offices

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £37,651 per year plus benefits

Job type: Full-time [Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm]

Responsible for: 3.5 Community Support Officers, 2 Independent Living Workers

We are seeking an inspiring Team Leader, Support Services to continue our innovative work with Veterans. This post will be based at our site in Fulham, leading a team of support workers who deliver person-centred support, promote independence and wellbeing as part of Stoll’s supported housing services.

The successful applicant will be passionate about providing a high-quality support service, getting the best outcomes possible, and have the following experience and knowledge:

• Extensive experience working with vulnerable adults to promote independence.
• Extensive experience in managing and motivating a staff team.
• Experience of working in partnership with other agencies
• Experience of reviewing, monitoring and evaluating outcomes in the delivery of support services.
• Experience/knowledge of the issues facing the ex-Service community.
