Job summary

Brandon Trust is seeking a Team Leader to oversee care teams split between Liskeard and Lanivet in Cornwall. The role involves leading and supporting staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across two homes.

You will work closely with the Locality Manager, coordinate rosters, and promote safeguarding and compliance while maintaining flexible, hands-on leadership to empower people we support and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care, preferably with autistic people or those with learning disabilities.
• Experience in supervisory, senior support or leadership roles.
• Commitment to high-quality, person-centred support and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred support.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and coaching to support workers.
• Coordinate rotas and ensure safe staffing levels across Liskeard and Lanivet.
• Support Locality Manager with team development and performance.
• Ensure work is delivered in line with Brandon Trust policies and regulatory requirements.
