Job summary

Brandon Trust is seeking a Response Team Support Worker to join our Cornwall team. You will provide flexible, compassionate care across all services in West Cornwall, with a requirement to complete a full training package and gain the Care Certificate.

Successful applicants will be adaptable, proactive and able to empower the people we support to live the lives they want. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required, and you will work shifts including on-call weeks.

In this role we will give you a full training package to upskill you to provide quality care across all our services in the West Cornwall area. Flexibility and adaptability are crucial skills for working in this fast-paced environment.

The team will be a skilled and experienced workforce that provides consistency, continuity and quality of care. You’ll work across West Cornwall. Rostering will include one on call week in four, where you will work closely with our on call managers to cover shifts.

A full UK manual driving licence and access to a car is needed for this role.
