Job Description:

Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

  • 7.5 off rota hours per week
  • 30 support hours
  • 08:00-20:00 for day shifts
  • 20:00-08:00 sleep-in shifts
  • Weekdays and weekends on a 4-week rolling system.

A night enhancement of £1.00 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Thursday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend enhancement of £1.00 per hour will be paid from 8pm Friday to 7am Monday (this does not apply to sleep-ins).

Please note this role is based in the Gosforth area.

Team Leader required for a small supported living service providing 24hr care and support to a customer with complex needs.

As a Team Leader with Leonard Cheshire, you will become part of a fantastic team. You will provide effective supervision of Support Workers, lead with passion and enthusiasm, and promote positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.

You will ensure our customers receive the best care, personal support, and assistance with daily tasks. Supporting our Person-Centred approach, you will aim to maximize independence and help customers achieve their individual aspirations.
