Job summary

Ministry of Justice is seeking a Team Leader to lead a critical administrative and customer service team within HM Courts & Tribunals Service. You will guide staff to achieve business objectives, support service users, judiciary and management, and uphold high standards of service delivery.

The role requires office-based work with hybrid arrangements, standard 37-hour weeks, and potential travel to local courts. Strong leadership and IT skills are essential for success.
