Job description

We are looking for a Team Leader to coach and supervise a highly skilled and experienced team, who are in need of fresh, visible leadership.

The team supports a complex and fun-loving young woman who lives in her family home with 2-1 care. She is autistic, has ADHD and an intellectual disability. She exhibits anxiety and behaviours of distress. Compassion and empathy are the cornerstones of our approach.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise the care team.
• Improve the quality of life for the young person we support.
• Provide leadership for the care team.

Qualifications

• Appropriate professional qualification in positive behaviour support and/or several years’ experience in a commensurate role.
• Ideally have a management qualification; training available if needed.
• Must be a driver.
• Must have permission to work in the U.K.
