Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for one of its Flaming Grill pubs in Huddersfield. The role involves leading by example, coordinating a busy shift, and ensuring high standards while keeping customers happy. Expect shifts across days, evenings, weekends, and key holidays, with a requirement to be 18+ and experience in hospitality leadership.

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy. Shifts will include a mixture of daytimes, evenings and weekends, and will include key days such as Christmas Day.

Personal license is desirable.

This role will include driving out social media platforms so must be confident in this field.
