Job summary

Flaming Grill in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to drive shift operations, support the team, and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will supervise busy periods, delegate tasks, and uphold safety, legality, and service standards across the bar and dining area.

The role requires hospitality leadership experience, strong English communication, and the ability to engage customers, manage social media outreach, and model a positive team spirit.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy. Shifts will include a mixture of daytimes, evenings and weekends, and will include key days such as Christmas Day.
Applicants must be 18+.
Experience in hospitality leadership is essential,

Personal license is desirable.

This role will include driving out social media platforms so must be confident in this field.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…
