Job summary

Greene King's Flaming Grill is seeking a Team Leader to lead by example on shift, ensuring the team has what they need to run smoothly and that customers stay happy. Shifts cover daytimes, evenings and weekends, including Christmas Day.

Applicants must be 18+ and demonstrate hospitality leadership experience. The role involves driving social media presence, maintaining safety and compliance, and supporting the management team to deliver a memorable, high‑quality pub experience across high‑volume

Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership experience required.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to keep operations running smoothly.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with promptly.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy. Shifts will include a mixture of daytimes, evenings and weekends, and will include key days such as Christmas Day.
Applicants must be 18+.
Experience in hospitality leadership is essential, please detail this in your application .

Personal license is desirable.

This role will include driving out social media platforms so must be confident in this field.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
