Job summary

Greene King operates Flaming Grill pubs and is seeking a Team Leader to guide the front-line team during busy shifts. You’ll ensure service standards remain high, help run a smooth shift, and keep customers happy with a warm welcome and efficient service.

In this role you’ll deputise for the management team, coordinate staff, maintain a safe, legal and clean bar, and handle issues quickly to keep the operation on track. English communication is essential.
