B&Q Yeading is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail team and drive performance across sales, service and operations.

You will inspire colleagues, set ambitious goals, and implement innovative ways to enhance the customer experience while managing a demanding yet rewarding store environment. This role requires flexibility to cover holidays and peak times and offers a competitive benefits package.
