Job summary

B&Q Peterborough is seeking a Night Stock Flow Team Leader to oversee night operations, ensuring stock is ready for customers and flows smoothly through the store. You’ll coordinate a night team, manage rotas, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time (36.75 hours/week) with shifts 8:30pm–5:00am, Monday to Sunday, and a salary of £26,945–£29,066 per year plus an additional £2/hour for 10pm–5am. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

• Experience directing teams and developing new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Night Stock Flow team for shifts 8:30pm–5:00am, Monday to Sunday, ensuring safe, efficient stocking and stock movement.
• Communicate clearly with team members, manage rota coverage, and implement improvements to improve store performance.
