Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a proactive Team Leader to drive people-focused leadership on a fast-paced production line. You will own clean inspect and lube, centerline and 5S systems, and ensure data integrity across process metrics.

You’ll coach operators to build problem-solving skills and respond effectively to out-of-control situations. Working with the Operations Manager, you will develop daily plans, address top stops, and implement countermeasures with CI and Maintenance leads.

Qualifications

• Leads a team with strong people management and engagement.
• Capable of problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to coach and develop operators on process skills.
• Familiar with standard work and daily management systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership in team performance and recruitment.
• Implements line loss analysis and yield improvements (OEE).
• Participates in internal audits and food safety committees.
• Spends time on the floor to gather data on stops and changes.
• Investigates top stops root causes and develops countermeasures.
• Plans daily ownership areas and communicates top stops.
• Collaborates with Ops CI and Maintenance leads to address losses.
• Leads centerline and Quality Daily Management Systems.
